Two Chinese painted pottery models of female equestrians
each seated forward facing with hair tied in a top knot, left hand against the chest the other by the side, the horses stand four square on rectangular bases with heads slightly turned to one side, red and white pigments remaining -- 13½in. (34.3cm.) high, (old wear).
