Two lustre-glazed vases
Designed and decorated by Alfred and Louise Powell, manufactured by Wedgwood, 1920s
Of similar form, one decorated in inky blue/black with silver, the other in lustrous grey with gold
14 5/8in. (37.1cm.) and 11 7/8in. (30.2cm.) high
Each with painted artist's monogram, the larger numbered 3556 with monogram for Louise Powell, the smaller numbered 3213 with monogram for Alfred Powell, impressed Wedgwood marks and numbers 312 and 415 (2)
