VAN DIEREN, Bernard (1887-1936). Proof (stamped 'First Proof' and dated '6 May 1926') of his Sonatina for violin and piano (OUP, 1926), numerous corrections throughout in red and blue ink and pencil; together with an autograph letter signed to Mrs J.G. Behrend, 35A St George's Road, West Hampstead, n.d. , referring to his illness, sending the proof and hoping that the recipient 'will find the little work entertaining, remembering that it was only meant as a jeu d'esprit', one page, 4to, envelope (the envelope torn); and a photographic copy of the autograph manuscript of the same work, sent to J.G. Behrend, envelope.
