Original green cloth, gilt-lettered on front cover and spine, blind-lettered on back cover, decorated in blind on front and back covers within a triple blind rule, plain yellow endpapers, edges plain (very slight wear at heel of spine, sides a trifle soiled, small hole in rear endpaper, title-page a bit browned); green half morocco folding case. Provenance: Anonymous owner (sale, Sotheby Parke Bernet, 22 June 1981, lot 132).
