8o (154 x 103 mm). Woodcut portrait of Queen Anne on title, "Man of Signs" woodcut of the recto of the final leaf. (A few chips at edges.) Disbound.
With a few annotations in a contemporary hand. Two revised editions appeared with a varying imprint and advertisement (see Drake 2957-58). The RLG Union catalogue only locates copies of these later editions, none of this first. Bristol B-446; Drake 2956; Stowell p. 243.
