lithographed map with hand-coloring, 1842, on wove paper, published by Endicott, New York, with margins, central and auxiliary vertical folds (as issued), pale light- staining, the colors slightly faded, remains of old binding glue showing through, otherwise apparently in very good condition, in a black-painted wood frame with gilded trim and a gilded undermat, not examined out of the frame
