Landscape in the Style of Ni Zan (1301-1374)
Hanging scroll, ink on paper, 80½ x 29 5/8in. (204.4 x 75.4cm.)

The heroic old pine exudes coolness in the evenings;
Luxuriantly fragrant grasses carpet the pristine shore.

It is best to view the green mountains from across the river.
