St James the Greater, with a sacred dove nimbus on a slightly tapering stem of 'flattened' hexagonal form, maker's mark struck thrice on the back of the stem, crowned "X" mark in the bowl, by Edward Anthony, Exeter, circa 1640 - 18.5cm long, 1.5oz.
