An 18th Century Gentleman's Coat and Breeches
A good knee-length coat of "Rifle green" cloth, the fronts copiously decorated with foliate devices in fine silver embroidery, embroidered cloth buttons to front and cuffs; and a companion pair of knee-breeches, of the same cloth as the coat, with small buttons, embroidered as on the coat, and a row of embroidery at the base of each leg, forming an integral "garter" fastened by plain brass buckles
