RONALD COLMAN GOLDEN GLOBE AWARD FOR "A DOUBLE LIFE"
The 'Best Motion Picture Actor' Golden Globe Award presented to Ronald Colman for his performance in the film noir classic. The weighty gold-plated 'Globe' statuette sits atop a circular black marble base which has a rectangular brass plaque on the front reading To Ronald Colman/For His Outstanding Performance/In "A Double Life"/1947/Hollywood Foreign Correspondents Association. Also included is a letter that The Hollywood Foreign Correspondents Association sent to Colman announcing that he had won the Golden Globe.
