A CONTINENTAL SILVER-MOUNTED CUT GLASS DECANTER,
Bearing spurious Russian hallmarks,
the globular body cut with stars, the collar with a ring of silver applied with scrolls with chain linking to the stopper formed as a monkey playing the triangle atop a barrel, marked at rim.
