Two satin wood boxes containing Dutch silver cutlery
Various maker's and dates, mainly Roelof Helweg, Amsterdam, circa 1786 and Andries Vis, Amsterdam, 1798; the knives with marks of Gerrit van Goethem and Willem Langebeke, Middelburg, second half 18th Century; the boxes apparently unmarked
One smaller and one larger box, each on three shaped rocaille feet, silver lockplate and drop-ring handles, red velvet lining, comprising: twelve table forks and spoons; twelve dessert forks and spoons with reeded fiddle-shaped handles; twelve table knives with foliate and scroll pistol-handles with iron blades and twelve dessert knives with foliate and scroll pistol-handles and iron blades, marked on back of stems and handles
