Underglaze blue encircled leaf mark, Kangxi (1662-1722)
Enamelled and gilt at the centre with a circular panel enclosing a qilin below four radiating fan-shaped panels, two enclosing further mythical beasts, another with a tiger and the fourth with a deer, all reserved on a green cell-pattern ground enriched with gui dragons and half-flower heads, the wide border with six floral cartouches reserved on various geometric grounds
