MARILYN MONROE CHILDHOOD DRAWING
A sheet of paper featuring the pencil drawings of a young Norma Jeane Baker. Likely rendered in the late 1930s as evidenced by NJ's childhood printing style, the piece is titled "Accessories" and depicts seven articles of clothing with the young girl's annotations below each one which read "Blouse/sweater/can be worn with shorts/two tone (blue & white) Spectater [sic] pumps/can be worn with skirt/white play shoes/white bobby socks/can be worn slacks."
11 x 8 1/2 inches
Please note this paper is now extremely fragile and brittle due to age and slight staining and fading appear throughout.
