The rectangular coffer with hinged lid decorated with vases of flowers, enclosing a red and gilt nashiji painted interior, the front and side panels conformingly decorated, on a gilt-gesso stand decorated with foliage and strapwork, centred by a foliate spray, on cabriole legs with leaf-wrapped pad feet, re-gilt, restorations to the decoration, the sides with carrying-handles
