A hinged leather wallet stamped in gilt on the inside 'W Tablettae "W" Wilhelm Wang Cand. pharm: Trondhjem', one pocket holding 13 glass vials comprising Wang's 'Tablettae' preparations in large vials Nos 6 (Blyvandstablet subacet. plumbic.), 8 (Borsyre Acid. boric.), 11b (Terpintabletter Hydr. terpin. cp.), 12 (Dovers pulver med morfin Doveri. c. chlor. morph.), 13 (Acetylsalicylsyre Acid. acetyl. salicyl.), 16a (Vismutsalicylat med natron Subsalicyl-bismuth Bicarb-natric), 26 (Kamfer Tabl. camphorae) and in small vials Nos 1 (Opium), 15 (Morfin), 19 (Mass. pll. colocynt cp. 0.10), 35 (Cocain 0.05 Adrenalin 0.01), 37 (Zink-kokain), and 68 (Digitalis), with 'Wangs lommeapotek' printed key to the contents and usages, the other pocket packed with tweezers, scissors, files and a folding miniature army knife, an empty sleeve of surgeon's needles, a pack of patent ligature silk and an unopened 'Tabloid' brand pleated compressed bandage, the wallet approx. 4½ x 6in. (11.3 x 15.2cm.)
