A Chinese blanc-de-chine figure of a dancing girl, probably 18th Century
possibly a figure of the renowned beauty Diaochan, she stands with one foot raised on rockwork pointing to her left hand, wearing a high ornate headdress with incised jacket and robe, standing on a stepped octangonal plinth, incised Sanguo Lubu Diaochan zhuodong to reverse -- 12 1/8in. (30.8cm.) high.
