A WÜRZBURG TWO-HANDLED QUATREFOIL SUGAR-BOWL AND COVER

Of compressed form, with entwined stylised dolphin handles and cone finial, supported on four scroll feet, moulded with borders of scrolls, beading and stylised acanthus, painted in a pale palette with vignettes of fortified buildings in estuary landscapes, within gilt line rims (finial restuck, one foot replaced with some associated overpainting, stained star-cracks to base)
