Elizabeth Beresford was the daughter of Marcus Beresford, grandson of the 1st Marquis of Waterford, and his wife, Frances Arabella, daughter of Joseph, 1st Earl of Milltown. She married Felix Ladbrooke of Hadley, Surrey on 26 June 1827.
