TWO FAMILLE VERTE BISCUIT FIGURES OF PARROTS
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each is modeled in the form of a parrot standing on a sancai-splashed pierced rock formation. The beak, talons, collar and eyes are picked out with red pigment and gilding.
