Five parts, black letter, double column, each title with composite woodcut border, woodcut text illustrations and initials. Folio, 301 x 195 mm., modern library buckram, g.e., lacks AA1-6, BB1-6, CC1-6 (i.e. 17 leaves at front before the Prologue, with CC6 used as support for a facsimile title-page within a genuine woodcut title border for Part II), and the blank leaf AAa8; RR1 and HH8 with small losses, Kkk1 with a portion of text inlaid, Nn6 torn, 22 leaves remargined, sometimes with slight loss (D1, D2, D6, Ee4, NN4, RR2, A1[NT title], S5-V8), old dampstaining.
