Tibet, 18th century
Shakyamuni Buddha seated at center with his hands in bhumisparsamudra, dressed in voluminous patterned robes, the face with serene expression backed by a nimbus and aureole, surrounded by the sixteen Great Arhats seated at top and in rows along the left and right sides, with Dharmata, the attendant to the Arhats, and Hvashang, the patron, below the Buddha at center, and the Four Guardian Kings at bottom
