Corbeaux Town, Trinidad

'Living at 9 Edward Street [Port of Spain], Cazabon would have had Corbeaux Town almost at his back-yard. The area, with its boat-builders, fishermen and "porteuses", fascinated the artist, who recorded their many activities in several of his paintings.' (G.
