CIRCA 1850, ATTRIBUTED TO F&C OSLER
The stem with graduated drop-hung dishes cascading down from the canopy, the main frame issuing sixteen leaf-cut arms supporting drop-hung scalloped edge drip pans and candle nozzles, the frame with segmented prisms creating a slatdish with concentric ring of star rosettes and faceted balls, the slatdish further mounted with petal-cut dish supported by a corresponding cut finial, the chandelier hung with eight-sided spangles and albert drops
