Christie’s Los Angeles presents a special exhibition Pangaea: New Art from Africa and Latin America from the Saatchi Gallery — a celebration of the previously unified landmass. Sparking dialogue about cultural diversity and globalization, the works of 15 contemporary artists including Aboudia, Jorge Mayet, Ibrahim Mahama and Federico Herrero serve as sounding boards for present day complexities arising from deep-rooted social, political, economic and environmental unrest.
Christie’s continues the conversation beginning 14 June at our new Los Angeles gallery. All works are available for private sale. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
