A Narrative of Korean Art: from Celadon to Abstraction and Beyond

This selling exhibition spans more than 1,000 years of Korean art history from the Goryeo dynasty (918-1392 CE) to present times. Featuring approximately 50 specially curated works that illustrate the unique aesthetics of Korean art across time and space, each artwork selected epitomises the reflective nature and spirituality deeply embedded in Korean aesthetics, philosophies and lifestyle.

Discover the enthralling natural beauty of Korean pottery and modern abstract masters such as Kim Whanki and Rhee Seundja, as well as Dansaekhwa, video art and contemporary artists including Lee Soo-Kyung, Lee Hi-Yong, Jo Jong-Sung and more.
