Cognac

Cognac remains one of the world’s most distinguished spirits, with the brandy offering depth, complexity and heritage. Produced in the Cognac region of France, it is made from specific grape varieties and must be twice distilled in copper, as well as aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years.

Renowned distilleries such as Hennessy, Rémy Martin, Martell and Courvoisier uphold its reputation, crafting expressions from V.S. to X.O. and beyond. Long associated with luxury and refinement, cognac was once described by French Romantic author Victor Hugo as ‘the liquor of the gods’.
