Signed Bishu Osafune Yasumitsu, Eikyo 5-nen 8-gatsu hi (1433), 2nd generation, Muromachi Period
Blade honzukuri, iori-mune, chu-kissaki, forging pattern tight itame with jinie, tempered edge in suguha of nioi, pale utsuri, togari, kogunome, ashi, ko-maru midare boshi, tang ubu, three holes, double gilt copper habaki, nagasa 53cm., sori 1.8cm., motohaba 2.7cm., sakihaba 1.8cm., koshirae black lacquer saya, mounted as kamishimo-zashi, shakudo nanako fuchi inlaid in low-relief with Kuyo and Kiri crests, signed Togawasai Harada Munehide (kao), horn kashira, gilt tiger and leopard menuki, shakudo nanako kogai with tiger in gilt takazogan, 72cm.
