the complete portfolio of 12 engravings and etchings with aquatint, 1885-1898, on Imperial Japan paper, with the title, contents and numbering pages, copy number 60, from the first edition published by Amsler & Ruthardt, Berlin, each sheet with the copy number 60 blindstamped in the lower left corner of the platemark, the full sheets, Elend (S. 236) with some creases in the margins, Mutter und Kind (Tote Mutter) and An die Schönheit (S. 239, 241) with light-staining, otherwise in very good condition, all within the original paper mounts, within the original light green cloth-covered portfolio with the name of the artist and the title in gilt on the front, the portfolio faded and with some minor defects(portfolio)
