With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1964 and its subsequent sale in January 1966.

Reference 3266 was launched in the late 1950's. At the time, Gilbert Albert was in charge of Patek Philippe's designs and he was most likely the creator behind this very rare and attractive lady's watch. According to a detailed research, the present references 3266 could possibly be a unique example made on special request, as no other similar example of the present watch has ever been seen on the market before.
