De forme circulaire, elle repose sur un petit pied. Le couvercle est orné d'une fleur centrale stylisée autour de laquelle rayonnent des volutes de pivoines. Ces dernières sont reprises sur la boîte. L'intérieur et la base émaillés turquoise.
