拍品专文

Compare the jade scepter (gui) from the tomb of the imperial prince Zhu Tan at Shandong Zou xian, dated to the fourteenth century, illustrated by Jessica Rawson in Chinese Jade from the Neolithic to the Qing, British Museum, 1995, p. 87, fig. 80b. According to the author scepters of this type "were essential to establish the rank and identity of owners."
