Tasting note: October 2017 at the Domaine from half bottle. Expressive, direct open and very seductive nose of rich fruits with hinterlying minerality. Great purity of fruit, cherries and forest strawberries. Fine vanilla and subtle oak aromas. Well balanced with depth and intensity on the nose. This is high class.
Pure strawberry fruits on the start of taste. On the mid-palet the minerals take over from the primary fruit then the acidity and silky tannins appear. Tasting this great wine is like listening to classical music concert all in harmony. Great wine with beautiful acidity, a complete wine with perfect balance. That evening at dinner it had opened up and was even showing more depth and charm. A great Amoureuses. E.V.
