限量生产的5100是百达翡丽首个具有10天动力储存的型号。由於品牌已将製作此型号所必需的工具销毁，因此永远无法重製完全一样的腕錶。百达翡丽总共製作了3,000枚5100，当中包括1,500枚黄金、750枚红金、450枚白金和300枚铂金，後者在錶耳中间的6点钟位置镶有无瑕的顶级威塞尔顿钻石。
