Sculpted in sunk relief, this fragment preserves the head and upper torso of an official, facing left. He wears a shoulder-length echeloned wig, a short chin beard, an unarticulated broad-collar and a long-beaded necklace once supporting a pendant. His right arm projects forward, most likely once holding a staff, and there are several traces hieroglyphs above. For a relief depicting the vizier Kagemni wearing the same wig, broad-collar, and necklace, see the north wall of his mastaba at Saqqara (see M. Bollacher and A.E.P.
