A zun of comparable size, proportions and decoration is illustrated by J. Rawson in Western Zhou Ritual Bronzes from the Arthur M. Sackler Collections, vol. IIB, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 1990, pp. 548-9, no. 79, where it is dated late Shang or early Western Zhou. Also illustrated, pp. 550-1, are three further comparable you, fig. 79.1 (from Gansu Lingtai Baicaopo), fig. 79.2 (Burrell Collection, Glasgow), and fig. 79.3 (National Palace Museum, Taipei).
