SIGNED JAEGER-LECOULTRE, REVERSO RÉPÉTITION MINUTES MODEL, REF. 270.2.73, CASE NO. 12⁄500, CIRCA 1998

Launched in 1994 as the third of six high-complication Reverso models, the present reference 270.2.73 Reverso Répétition Minutes features a classic pink gold reversible case with a silvered guilloché dial. The lower right corner is open-worked to expose the centrifugal governor, identifying this discreet timepiece as a minute repeater. Upon activating the slider on the 9 o’clock side of the case, the governor spins charmingly to help regulate the chime.

All six models were limited to 500 examples, with the present watch numbered 12. The series consisted of tourbillons, world time watches, perpetual calendars, retrograde chronographs, and others - signifying Jaeger-LeCoultre’s dedication and commitment to the world of haute horology.
