A LARGE MING-STYLE BLUE AND WHITE BOTTLE VASE
JIAQING SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD


The body with moulded bands at the shoulder and painted with a wide band of meandering composite flower-heads between stiff leaf lappets and a scrolling band at the foot, a cloud-collar band and scrolling floewr-heads at the shoulder, the tall neck with plantain leaves between bands of key-pattern, cloud-collar and breaking waves (small chip restored a teh rim, some crackle to glaze and base)--15in. (38cm.) high
