1928/29 AUSTIN 7 ROLLING CHASSIS

This Austin 7 rolling chassis was the subject of major restoration work around 25 years ago and has remained on museum display ever since. The work included rebuilding the engine (which has not been run) and the running gear. It is complete with a radiator shell and core, correct Austin 7 wheels and updraft carburettor with manifolds. The chassis is well painted in black and is fitted with the correct 3 speed gearbox.
Austin 7 Chummy (as well as "Ulster") bodies are available from various sources "off the shelf", and this chassis is an ideal candidate for such a proposition. An easy project for the long winter evenings...
