With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1905 and its subsequent sale on 30 July 1906. Furthermore delivered with a contemporary Patek Philippe presentation box.

According to the registers of the Geneva Observatory, the watch was presented to the category A contest in 1906 where it achieved the third prize with 230.7 points. Its movement was adjusted by the renowned precision adjuster C. Batifolier.

It is rare to find pocket watches by Patek Philippe with balance staff set with a diamond endstone instead of the more commonly used ruby endstone, a feature only found in movements of superior quality.
