The Freak is one of Ulysse Nardin's signature timepieces and has become one of the key platforms for Ulysse Nardin to showcase new advancements in design and material technology. The celebrated 7-day Carousel Tourbillon manifests its function without the typical hands, dial or crown. The bridges and other metal parts of the movement are coated with a titanium-based alloy that has the height of one micron and the protective strength of 1,500 Vickers.
