清康熙冬青釉刻祥雲紋馬蹄式水盂六字三行楷書款

器斂口，口下漸豐，平底內凹，形成淺圈足，因形似馬蹄，故謂之「馬蹄式水盂」，又稱「馬蹄尊」。通體施冬青釉，以壓地起陽文技法刻祥雲串串，疏朗而飄渺。底施白釉，青花書「大清康熙年製」楷書款。

冬青釉始燒於永樂年間，青釉色青中閃綠，蒼翠欲滴，清康熙時最為名貴。馬蹄尊是康熙朝的新品種，為當時流行的文房用品，甚得文人雅仕之青睞。

此器原為徐氏藝術館之舊藏，1981年5月20日於香港蘇富比重要明清瓷器專拍中拍賣，拍品814號；1988年5月17日於香港蘇富比再次拍賣，拍品65號；後由靜觀堂收藏，1996年11月3日於香港佳士得靜觀堂珍藏專拍中拍賣，拍品565號。

Lo included in the Min Chiu Society exhibition, An Anthology of Chinese Ceramics, Hong Kong, 1980, Catalogue no. 122 and 123. Another from the collection of Stephen Junkunc III, sold at Christie's New York, 21 September 1995, lot 238.
