The cartonnier quarter-veneered to sides, back and top, with six gilt-tooled leather drawers with marbelised paper lining, stamped thrice IDF; the ormolu-mounted bureau plat with rounded rectangular top inset with gilt-tooled tan leather, the shaped frieze with three drawers and three opposing false drawers, on C-scroll cabochon and acanthus-headed cabriole legs and foliate-cast sabots
The cartonnier - 27 in. (70 cm.) high; 31 in. (80 cm.) wide; 10 in. (25.5 cm.) deep;
The bureau plat - 30 in. (76.5 cm.) high; 64 in. (164 cm.) wide; 35 in. (90 cm.) deep (2)
