2 tomes en un volume in-12 (175 x 109 mm). Avec les faux-titres et titres pour chaque partie. (Légèrement jauni, sans le catalogue du libraire, quelques pages avec petite tache.) Demi-chagrin noisette de l'époque, dos à nerfs (légèrement frotté).
ÉDITION ORIGINALE, exemplaire en premier tirage avec la faute au nom de Senard (ici orthographié avec un "t") au feuillet de dédicace qui a été relié ici en tête. ENRICHI D'UNE NOTE AUTOGRAPHE SIGNÉE :"Mon cher ami, J'aurais besoin, pour mes petites affaires personnelles, de savoir le moment où vous m'appellerez ?- et vous seriez bien aimable de me répondre. Tout à vous, Gve Flaubert, Croisset lundi 6 novembre". Carteret Romantique I, 263; Clouzot 66; Vicaire III, 721-722.

charged to the buyer. It will be refunded to the Buyer upon

No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT payable at 19.6% (5.5% for books) will be added to the buyer’s premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis
