AN IMPERIAL EDICTCHINA, DATED THE 25TH YEAR (CORRESPONDING TO 1845) OF EMPEROR DAOGUANG'S REIGN AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)

This is imperial edict is dated to the 15th day of the 10th month in the 25th year of Daoguang year (1845). It is addressed to the parents of Jing Ebu, the Jilin General. The edict granted the position of first rank Zhenwei General to Jing Ebu's father and the title of first-rank lady to his mother.
