Mechanical lever movement, 17 jewels, silvered dial, Arabic numerals, outer railway minute divisions, tubular silver case, ribbed sides with engraved initials MS in the centre, black enamel ends, rotating to reveal the dial, all set within a money clip, case numbered on the wire money clip part, dial signed Cartier, movement signed Sigma Watch Co.
