Poetry arranged in alphabetical order, 21ff. plus 3 fly-leaves, each folio with 7ll. of black shikasteh script, titles in large red tawqi', text within black-ruled gold frame, each bifolio with alternatively plain or fine silhouette coloured borders, some with animal figures, the other with floral scrolls, opening folio with gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece, with two original miniatures of a seated nobleman enjoying music, with seal impressions including a Timurid seal, in probably Ottoman gilt morocco binding
