KANGXI UNDERGLAZE BLUE SIX-CHARACTER MARK WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1662-1722)
The bowl is decorated with a continuous scene of scholars accompanied by servants in a mountainous river landscape, the reverse decorated with a monk walking on the path leading to a tower hidden amongst tree branches, divided by five lines of inscription of lei feng xi zhao, the interior decorated with a central roundel of scholar walking in the landscape.
