Sarah Garrow, née Dore (d. 1808) was the wife of the barrister and judge, William Garrow (1760-1840). Little is known of her background before her relationship with Arthur William Moyes Hill, later 2nd Marquess of Downshire, with whom she had a son, William Arthur Dore-Hill (b. 1778). Around 1780, Sarah began a relationship with William Garrow and had two children by him, David William (1781-1827) and Eliza Sophia (1783-1857), although they did not marry until March 1793, more than a decade after the birth of their first child together.
