《紅衣女子》(Lot 12) 是劉溢於2004 創作的人像油畫，以一位穿著保守但眼神銳利的年輕女士為主角。她的鮮紅色裙子和帽子突顯了她熱情的形象，而微張的雙唇令她顯得既忘情又誘人。當觀者欣賞作品時，無一不被她那若有所思的眼神吸引，一個表露出她對自身以外更偉大事情有所嚮往的眼神。作品營造出輕柔的氣氛，令觀者對畫中主角的同理心油然而生，更不自覺地希望滿足她的要求。畫中人身體其他部份均被衣服遮蓋，只顯露出臉龐，臉上輪廓較銳利的顎和顴骨突顯出她的女性身份；而中分的髮型則為她塑造了三十年代保守女性的形象。這一個充滿美態而又具神秘感，有所渴求但又平靜的神態，產生獨特的安寧靜謐，深深感染著觀者。
